 实时定量PCR产物的产物定量有两种方式:使用已知浓度质粒DNA或对照基因的标准曲线来定量,和相对简单的相对定量法。两者都要保证扩增效率一致,但通常情况下,纯靶标产物的扩增效率要高于情况复杂的混合物样品,在实验中尤其要注意避免酚污染和(对RNA反转后定量)DNA污染等问题。
